Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for exchange, merchandise credit or refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless there has been an error on our part (received an incorrect or defective item,etc.).

We cannot accept returns on;

  • monogrammed items
  • personalized items
  • special-order items
  • items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • final-sale items which are identified by a U.S. price which ends in .99

 To initiate a return;

  1. log into your account  to receive a return authorization form
  2. view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu 
  3. click the Return Item(s) button

If a refund is due, please allow 1-3 weeks between the time your package is given to the return shipper and receiving funds in the account in which payment was made. This time period includes;

  • the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
  • time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
  • time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days)

In most circumstantces, turn around times will be much quicker.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
